So I was going for the record for the worlds longest clutch replacement. Im pretty sure I got it at 15 months.

Take heart, 15 months was the throw-distance between 1st and 2nd in the ‘89 F250 diesel I had as a high school car.

My neighbor drove an ‘89 Isuzu Rodeo to school every day. The shifter play when it was in gear was longer than the throw in most new cars.

If you can drive stick in an old truck, you can drive anything.
